Lifestyle, is the style of
Lifestyle, is the style of life that you choose to handle your daily life. It is a collection of the decisions that you make in your daily life. In the other word it refers to how you are going to deal with your job, acquaintances, personal life and the people who surrounded you. First and foremost thing that I would like to mention is how much you aware about your lifestyle and are you keeping your life in balance consciously and living a happy life? Accordingly it seems, developing awareness in different aspects of your life is one of the most important matters to have a balanced life.
As a matter of the fact it is not easy as we think to keep a life in balance. A balanced lifestyle means you have been designated a routine demarche for your life that keeps you happy, healthy, and productive.
Practically your habits have a huge impact on your lifestyle and one element of your life will play a role in all other aspects.
Ultimately I believe that every effective changes are beginning from ourselves and we are the main source of any changes in our life may be needed. I think I must start these changes by changing my bad habits like smoking, eating unhealthy foods, spending a lot of time in social networks and…So I should start from small things to achieve a bigger change. If you want to solve a puzzle you have to put small pieces in the right place together.
“How you do anything is how you do everything. Your character and nature just refers to how you handle all day-to-day things in life, no matter how small”

Lifestyle is the important
Lifestyle is the important section of everybody's life. By having an excellent lifestyle you can enjoy whole times of your life and also you can get positive energy and spread out it. Moreover, your lifestyle has knotted to your characters. If you want to have a great lifestyle, you should change your spoiled characteristics. Therefore, the first step to be in a good lifestyle is changing the devastative characteristics. One of the most important issues in our life is adapting. To reach this point, you should be more perceiver than judger. So, when you are adaptable to deferent situations and events in life, you are more comfort. By this, you can balance your character.
To the best of my knowledge, extrovert people have a better lifestyle about happiness and lull. They are more adaptable with different people. And this is so because of that, nowadays the life of people is interconnected. For instance, you should help the others then expected to be helped from them. Finally, in this sophisticated world that we live in, people should have some practical changes year by year or month by month maybe. They should be updated about the surrounding world and try to adapt themselves with them.
My Q: How do you evaluate your productivity in the future?

In my opinion,our different
In my opinion, our different characteristics effect our lifestyle, as more knowledge that we have about our personality traits as better we are aware of ourselves,in this way, this awareness helps us to be more satisfied and productive.
Our lifestyle is about our individual attitudes, way of life, values and world view and usually it changes by various causes, during our life; so it's really enjoyable to have positive changes in our lifestyle.First step is to be aware of your different traits and speculate about them as well as you can , like are you an extroverted or an introverted?why?, and try to think about different situations related to them to find the best answer; In this way some reliable personality tests can help.Next, try to match your lifestyle with them, like if you are an extroverted, try to teach the informations to others or joining group activities can be useful in order to improve your learning style based on your personality traits.when you start to know yourself better and then compare different parts of your current lifestyle to ones that are based on your characteristics you can get more out of yourself and balance your character and your lifestyle.
Gradual and purposeful changes, always have the best results;although they might be challenging sometimes but you can do it,remember that no one is perfect and be kind to yourself.
"Lifestyle changes are a process that take time and require support. Once you're ready to make a change , the difficult part is committing and following through. So do your research and make a plan that will prepare you for success. Careful planning means setting small goals and taking things one step at a time." American psychological association
