Body language is an international form of non-verbal  interpersonal communication and typically it is a way of conveying information about attitudes, emotions and intention that reflects in body movement and postures.
It is the easiest way to express feelings and sometimes these movements, gestures or facial expression come involuntarily and beyond our consciousness. The way we talk, walk, sit and stand all say something about us and whatever is happening inside will be reflected on the outside and this non-verbal language will affect how we act and react to others and how they react to us. By developing our awareness of different postures in body language not only you can more easily understand what people want to say but also communicate with them more effectively. By becoming more aware of this body language and understanding what lays beneath of each one,  you can control your body language, eliminate discrepancies between your words and your body language and eventually have a better influence on your interlocutors. Moreover you can find out the real intention of them and this fact will put you in the better position.
Some articles suggest that speech only makes up about 20% to 30% of a communication and the rest would be body language.
According to enormous articles and papers, undoubtedly it becomes a part of psychology science and consequently becomes a part of any careers which needs communication in this day and age. In my point of view it is one of the most important issues facing us today and in order to make an effective communication with your colleagues, clients and partners in your business or job you have to get an in depth knowledge of body language.

body language can help us to communicate with people for example we use our eyes, hands and arms to embellish what we say .sometimes we do it knowingly and sometimes we do it by instinc.some people do these acts adversely when they are under pressure so their body movements can become exaggerated.

I think body language is 50-60% accurate but like any other forms of communication it can be used to lie. Finally  Learning about body language and increasing your awareness of it will help you in all aspects of life.
