In my opinion, your interesting subjects energize us to solidify our scheduling with your program. These subjects are helpful and precious for life and they can satisfy anyone to be disciplined.

When it comes to me, about self-discipline, I try to be ready for each session not only based on my knowledge but by other science sources. The internet is the basic source for me to make my self-discipline solidified with your course. In my daily routines, there are more than two hours to prepare myself with your scheme. And for the time of class, I have a particular discipline at home to make it enough quiet!!

My question:

What about the other side of this term "self-discipline"? How could we give up or desist of some awful disciplines?

Well, in my point of view implement a self dicipline is just like that you want to make a change in your life and your routine habbits and it looks so difficult to change something in your life and you may face up with a self resistance. For example l decided to read a book 30 minutes at least per night. I started with the simple and intrested subjects such as short stories or articles related to my job and less than 30 minutes per night. It was very hard at first but I dedicated a exact time for reading and prepared the enviroment for that. Thinking about my goal motivated me and after few weeks it became a strong habbit. After all I read more serious subjects and spend more than 30 minutes for reading. I realise that the core of a self dicipline is awareness. This self dicipline play role as a keystone and affect every aspect of my life. Reading increase my knowledge and my awareness and helps me to live better.

My question is: Is it enought to just have self dicipline to live better?
