why we can not use "the India" ?
We use "the" for those nouns

We use "the" for those nouns that we know about from before, while "India" is a name of a country and it's already known to everyone. So it doesn't any "the" to modify it.

You don’t normally use “the” before names of countries. Bur for some countries where we have a descriptive name we do use the definite article: The United States, The Gold Coast, The Windward Isles, The Islamic Republic of Iran, The Republic of China, The Dominion of Canada
